Pre-Screening

Once we identify a candidate, we conduct a phone screen and resume review:
1. Initial conversation to discuss needs and wants
2. Set up a Face to Face meeting

Screening

We meet all local candidates face to face and dive into the following areas:

4. Desired job location
5. Reasons for leaving past jobs

Job Presentation

We discuss the following areas with the candidate:

Interview Set Up

1. We coordinate with both client and candidate to set up a time for either a F2F interview or phone screen
2. We provide details of who will be meeting, which job they are interviewing for, and line out the details of the time, place, etc

Interview Follow Up

1. Immediate feedback after the interview has taken place
2. Follow up with client to share info and also get client feedback

Offer or Decline

1. We talk with the candidate and let them know if they have or have not been chosen
2. We are happy to present the offer, facilitate the acceptance, and initiate the onboarding process
